ადამიანის უფლებები – ის რაც ყველას თანაბრად გვეკუთვნის!!

საქართველოს ახალგაზრდა მწვანეები ადამიანის უფლებების დაცვისთვის!

1948 წელს გაეროს გენერალური ასამბლეის მიერ მიღებულ იქნა საერთაშორისო აქტი ადამიანის უფლებებზე. რომლის მიხედვით საზოგადოების თითოეულ წევრს, კანონით მინიჭებული უფლებების გარდა, აქვს ძირითადი, ფუნდამენტური უფლებები. დეკლარაციაში გამოცხადებულია ადამიანის ძირითადი უფლებები – სიცოცხლის, თავისუფლების, პირადი ხელშეუხებლობის, მოქალაქეობის, საცხოვრებელი ადგილის შერჩევისა და თავშესაფრის, დემოკრატიული არჩევბენის მეშვეობით სახელმწიფოს მართვა გამგეობაში მონაწილეობეობის, შრომის, თანაბარი შრომისათვის თანაბარი ანაზღაურების მიღების ,დასვენების, განათლების, კულტურული ცხოვრებისა თუ მეცნიერულ პროგრესში მონაწილეობის და ა.შ. დეკლარაციის მიღების დღე 10 დეკემბერი გამოცხადებულია ადამიანის უფლებათა დღედ და საერთაშორისო მასშტაბით აღინიშნება. ყოველ ადამიანს აქვს :რელიგიის, მრწამსის, კრებების და ასოციაციების თავისუფლება. სიცოცხლის, თავისუფლების და პირადი ხელშეუხებლობის უფლება.

აკრძალულია: მონობა, მონებით ვაჭრობა, წამება, სასტიკი, არაადამიანური თუ მისი ღირსების დამამცირებელი ქმედება. ჩამოყალიბებულია სისხლის სამართლის, სისხლის საპროცესო სამართლისა და საოჯახო სამართლის ძირითადი დემოკრატიული პრინციპები.

დეკლარაციის მოთხოვნაა ეს უფლებები და თავისუფლებები ვრცელდებოდეს ყველა ადამიანზე განურჩევლად რასის, კანის ფერის, სქესის, რელიგიის, პოლიტიკური თუ სხვა მრწამსისა, ეროვნული თუ სოციალური წამომავლობისა, წოდებრივი თუ ქონებრივი ცენზისა. ადამიანის უფლებები ყველა კონსტიტუციებსა და კანონმდებლობაზე მაღლა დგას. ადამიანის უფლებები ზღუდავს სახელმწიფოს ქმედებებს, უზრუნველყოფს ადამიანის სიცოცხლე ს და თავისუფლებას. სახელმწიფოს უპირველესი მოვალეობა, ადამიანის უფლებების აღიარება და დაცვა. ადამიანები იბადებიან და რჩებიან თავისუფალნი და თანასწორუფლებიანები. მიუხედავად საერთაშორისო სამართლის არსებობისა, ადამიანთა უფლებების დარღვევა და შეზღუდვა გრძელდება. დისკრიმინაცია, ბავშვთა უფლებების დარღვევა, გამოხატვის თავისუფლების შეზღუდვა, არათავისუფალი მედია, რასიზმი, ქსენოფობია, ჰომოფობია სამწუხაროდ, დღემდე ქართული რეალობის ნაწილია.

დისკრიმინაცია – ადმიანის უფლებათა რაიმე შეზღუდვა სოციალური, რასობრივი, ერვნულიენობრივი, სქესობრივი კუთვნილების, პოლიტიკური, რელიგიური ან სხვაგვარ შეხედულებათა, აგრეთვე ქონებრივი, ასაკობრივი, სოციალური ან სხვაგვარი მდგომარეობის მიხედვით.

რასიზმი – ნებისმიერი განსხვავება, გამონაკლისი, შეზღუდვა, ან უპირატესობის მინიჭება რასის, კანის ფერის, წარმომავლობის, ნაციონალური ან ეთნიკური კუთვნილების მიხედვით. ქსენოფობია(ბერძნ: „შიში უცხოელის მიმართ“) – შფოთვა, რომელიც ყოველივე უცხოს მიმართ ნეგატიური სტერეოტიპული დამოკიდებულებებითა და წინასწარ განსჯებით ხასიათდება. სამყაროს ქსენოფობიური აღქმის სოციალური და კულტურული ფენომენებია დაყოფა „ჩვენება“ (კარგებად) და „სხვებად“ (უცხოებად/ცუდებად). სიძულვილის დამთესავი განცხადება – ნებისმიერი განცხადება (ზეპირი თუ წერილობითი), რომელიც მიზნად ისახავას, დათეოსოს სიძულვილი ადამიანის ჯგუფის მიმართ და ეფუძნება ამ ადამიანების გარკვეულ დამახასიათებელ ნიშნებს – რასას, კანის ფერს, რელიგიას, მოქალაქეობას, ეროვნულ წამრმომავლობას თუ სექსუალურ ორიენტაციას. სიძულვილის დამთესავი განცხადება არ თავსდება სიტყვის თავისუფლების ჩარჩოებში და აკრძალულია საერთაშორისო სამართლით!!

ჰომოფობია – შიში ან ზიზღი სექსუალური უმცირესობების, მათი ცხოვრების სტილის ან, ზოგადად, განსხვავებული სექსუალური ორიენტაციის ადამიანების მიმართ.

“Young, Green, European – Shaping Our Common Future”

Georgian Young Greens recently hosted the first CDN regional meeting of green member organizations from South Caucasus. The meeting was titled “Young, Green, European – Shaping Our Common Future”. It was held from 2nd to 5th December , Gori, Georgia.  The meeting served as a start for the formation of the South Caucasus network of young green organizations “Green Caucasus”.  THis lovely network will have a coodrinating body, which was voted on the meeting. So here they are : Jananbey Bektashi (GreenAZ), Diana Seyidova (YG Azerbaijan), Ani Mkrtchyan (Association for Sustainable Human Development, Youth Section, Armenia), Giorgi Meckhvarishvili (SAEM Georgia) and Teo Abaishvili (Georgian Young Greens). As a result of the seminar participants wrote a statement to fix their position regarding the issues discussed in the meeting . see  Statement

25 ნოემბერი – ქალთა მიმართ ძალადობის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლის საეთაშორისო დღეა. „საქართველოს ახალგაზრდა მწვანეები“ ვუერთდებით მრავალსაუკუნოვანი ისტორიის მქონე გენდერული დისბალანსის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლას, რაც ერთ-ერთი უმთავრესი სტიმულატორია ქალებზე განხორციელებულ ძალადობაში.
სოციალური სტიგმების გამო ძალადობის მსხვერპლნი დუმილს ამჯობინებენ. ძალადობის მსხვერპლთა მხოლოდ 22 პროცენტი საუბრობს მათ მიერ გადატანილ ძალადობრივ აქტზე, რაც ართულებს მათთვის შესაბამისი დახმარების გაწევას. აქედან გამომდინარე, ახალგაზრდა მწვანეები დუმილს აღვიქვამთ, როგორც გენდერული სიმეტრიისთვისა და ძალადობის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლისთვის უმთვარეს ხელის შემშლელ ფაქტორად. მოძალადისადმი მორჩილება პრობლემას მხოლოდ აღრმავებს.

შემოგვიერთდით ქალების მიმართ ძალადობის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლაში !!

The 2^nd General Assembly of Cooperation and Development Network Eastern Europe AISBL took place from 18^th to 20^th of February 2011 in Batumi, Georgia.

Furthermore, CDN organized youth training for multipliers about international youth work with focus on CDN work in Batumi, Georgia from 21^st to 23^rd of February 2011.

გენდერული სტერეოტიპები ხშირად აშკარად ან შენიღბულად ახდენენ ქალთა ან მამაკაცთა დისკრიმინაციას სქესის საფუძველზე, რასაც სექსიზმი ჰქვია. ტრადიციულ საზოგადოებებში, მათ შორის საქართველოშიც, ეს სტერეოტიპები იმდენად არის გავრცელებული, რომ უკვე ნორმად არის ქცეული.

მიუხედავად იმ წარმატებებისა, რომლებისთვისაც ქალებს დღემდე მიუღწევიათ, ქალი მაინც აღიქმება, როგორც `სუსტი სქესი”, მეორე სქესი, დამოკიდებული არსება, მამაკაცის სატელიტი მაშინ, როცა მამაკაცი არის ოჯახის უფროსი, გადაწყვეტილების მთავარი მიმღები და მარჩენალი.

ახალგაზრდა მწვანეები მოგიწოდებთ, ნუ იქცევა 8 მარტი მხოლოდ ყვავილების ჩუქებისა და მოლოცვების დღედ! გვახსოვდეს, რომ წელიწადში ერთი დღე ვერ მოახდენს იმ უფლებების შელახვის კომპენსაციას, რაც ყოველდღიურად ხდება ქალთა ცხოვრებაში. ვუთხრათ არა გენდერულ სტერეოტიპებს!

Friendship along the way to “greening”

So the summer has passed, young greens returned to their usual life, office, new plans, conferences, actions. We are still under impression of the “CDN Summer Camp – East-West Bridge. Green Values for South Caucasus”, share some thoughts and remind of those days with smile. Our friends from Europe and near neighborhood send us their impression too. Today I want to share them with you. This time guys form Armenia and Azerbaijan with their feedback!!

“It was really useful to come together & discuss Green Values & to try to finds some solutions. Nice to see that youngsters are doing their best to make the world better place & that they are concerned what is going on around us! I`m sure Caucuses will survive all the difficulties with the help of Greens =)

P.S I miss Georgia very much, hope to be there again, very amazing place!!”

“First of all the summer camp was a nice experience for me in terms of team building. All exercises that we practiced showed us how we can come over certain problems by applying one of the Green Pillars the “Grassroots democracy”.
During those games we learned how to avoid disagreements by rising above the straggle and try to understand the opponent’s stand point. In this regards the role play game helped us much to not only understand but also experience what can a member of certain community or group experience in the society.

I am sure that nearly all socio-economic problems of the Caucasus can be and should be solved by in Green manner. But unfortunately our societies are not that familiar with Green Movement at all. In this sense it was a good experience for us to look at the Caucasus in the Green Framework and try to get idea what can be done to preserve this beautiful nature and this interesting culture for future generations without all these problems that we face today.

Secondly during the culture nights I got familiar with different cultures and of course national foods (I would like to mention also national drinks like “Kymys” ) I was glad when our team, mainly composed of azeris, won the best price in the mini game prepared by our Armenian friends. This incident gave me a great motivation. so that though our countries are in the state of war, we still know each other’s culture well and this knowledge hopefully will help us to solve this conflict in peaceful way.

Beside such academic feedbacks I also liked very much the monastery on the beautiful mountain. I have enjoyed this spiritual beauty of the nature and architecture very much.

In addition I would like to thank all members of prepteam for their grate job.

I’m admired with the nature in Georgia especially in Pasanauri! Really It was very pleasant.
But besides all this I got lots of knowledge in “Green Values” field, which can help us to cultivate further steps in our young life in order to try to brush up a bit our economy) and to begin the new deal in green economy!
So I organised training in my organisation FYCA (Federation of youth clubs of Armenia) with aim to pass information, knowledge which I got in Georgia in order to begin this movement in Armenia!

From 24 – 31 october with the support of the Representation of Eurocommission in Georgia, the action week dedicated to the COP-15 is to be held.

Action week will include street actions, conference, seminars and workshops.

Open air gallery of Green Values

Lots of people visited the Open Air Gallery of Green Values held by Georgian Young Greens Together with participants of the CDN Summer Camp “East – West bridge. Green Values for Caucasus”.

Exebition took place on the rustaveli avenue and the metro station “Rustaveli”. The life sculptures showed that being green does not mean only environmental protection and that it includes fighting for values like solidarity, equality, tolerance and freedom of expression! Sculptures presented were: Sculpture of Equality; Sculpture of Human rights; Sculpture of Justice; Sculpture of Peace and Sculpture of Environmental Wisdom.

The informative brushures has been distributed.

CDN Summer Camp “East – West bridge: Green values for South Caucasus!”

The camp is to be held in Pasanauri, Georgia. From 19 -26 July  2009. 

Purpose of this educational seminar will be to explore and discuss experiences and methods of democratic societies basic concepts which are tackled by youth participation: Principles of non violence – conflict management, human rights (protection of sexual, religious and ethnic minorities) and Gender issues.
We want to evaluate development and achievements so far and give guidelines for the Caucasus region to become integral part of the European community.
We want to learn about the role of young people in building of civil society and methods that can be used to make youth work efficient and effective by implementing democratic way of work and human rights respect.
We plan to celebrate diversity, promote intercultural and inter ethnic understanding, to encourage multiculturalism, interethnic dialogue by emphasizing youth work and activism as important part in supporting of sustainable, democratic, multiethnic and diverse society development.

FYEG full members!!!

On 23-26th April in Maastricht , Netherlands on the General Assembly of FYEG, Georgian Young Greens were elected as full members of Federation of Young European Greens. It is a big step forward towards closer cooperation with our European comrades and a big recognition of the work and efforts of Georgian Young Greens for spread and development of green values in youth work in Georgia.
